We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Click here to track your order.

Shipping Timeframe
In most cases, our carrier partners aim to deliver within 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped. 

Please keep in mind that shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. Delivery during/after holidays or to areas experiencing severe weather conditions may require additional time. We recommend monitoring your shipping updates.

If you didn’t receive your tracking information and have already checked your spam/junk folder, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at info@kubplanet.com or connect with a live chat agent.

Order Changes
We cannot guarantee updates to a shipping address or items in an order. Our fulfillment team works around the clock to get shipments out at lightning speed.

If you require a change to your shipping address, we recommend you contact the courier to assist with updating the shipping address. If you would like to add, change, or upgrade the items in your order, please contact us at info@kubplanet.com, and our team will assist you. If we cannot change your order, you may return the items in your original order. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Order Cancellation
After your order has been shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. Please contact us at info@kubplanet.com if you wish to cancel/return an item that has already been shipped; return your items for a full refund.

Pre-orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us at info@kubplanet.com.

Limitation of Liability
KUB Planet is not responsible for losses, delays, or damages incurred during shipping. If the product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Force Majeure Clause
KUB Planet will not be liable for delays or failures in fulfilling orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or issues with suppliers.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

Warranty and Exclusions
Our products are covered by a warranty of twelve months against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made to the product.

Return Process
To process a return, you must send the product back in its original condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

To process a refund, the following conditions will apply:

  • The refund will be issued using your original form of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was an error on our part.

We accept credit card payments. Depending on the applicable jurisdiction, all prices listed on the website exclude taxes.
