What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
How long will the shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the place of delivery. Generally, your order should arrive within 5 business days, although most orders arrive earlier. If you have any questions about how long it will take for your order to arrive, please contact info@kubplanet.com. Please note that orders placed after 2PM on Friday will not ship until Monday.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The shipping methods offered during payment will differ depending on your shipping address and the number of items ordered.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states in the US. Unfortunately, we are not shipping to the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico at this time, but we keep working on delivering our wipes to more territories every day.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO and FPO addresses at this time.
How can I edit my shipping address?
All changes to the shipping address can be made in the My Account section. You will have the option to select a new default shipping address or add an additional address.
Remember that subscription orders will be shipped to your default address. If you want to ship to a different location, be sure to update the default shipping address before your next ship date. Customer Service cannot redirect packets once they start processing. To redirect a package that is already in transit, please contact us atΒ info@kubplanet.comΒ and provide all the details.
Do you offer discounts for wholesale purchases or for educators?
Please contact the Sales department sales@kubplanet.com, and they will provide you with information on all available offers for wholesale purchases and the education sector.
Does the game come with assembly instructions?
The game doesn't come with instructions since its uniqueness lies in the fact that you can create any structure you imagine. Let your imagination run wild and unleash your creativity!
Can I find this construction game in physical stores?
We are currently working on it, and soon Kub Planet will be available in various stores and department stores.
