2. TERRITORIAL AND TIMEFRAME SCOPE OF THE GIVEAWAY

The giveaway is valid only within the United States.
The entry period begins on December 5, 2024, and ends on December 12, 2024 (local U.S. time).


3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The giveaway is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older.
  • Reside in the United States.
  • Meet the conditions specified in section 4.

    Employees of KUB Planet and their direct family members, as well as anyone professionally involved in organizing this giveaway, are excluded from participation.


    4. GIVEAWAY MECHANICS

    To participate in the giveaway, users must:

    • Follow our Instagram and TikTok accounts @kubplanet.
    • Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
    • Comment on the Instagram post tagging a friend. You may comment as many times as you like, as long as you tag a different person each time.
    • For an extra entry, share the giveaway post on your Instagram stories and tag us @kubplanet.

      The prize will be delivered via postal mail at no cost to the winner within the United States.


      6. WINNER SELECTION

      The winner will be selected using a random selection tool on December 13, 2024.


      7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE DELIVERY

      The winner’s Instagram username will be announced in the Instagram stories of our profile @kubplanet on December 13, 2024. Additionally, the organizer will contact the winner via direct message on Instagram.

      The winner must respond within five (5) days of being contacted. If no response is received, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner or may be declared forfeited.

      11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

      This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute or claim shall be submitted to the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara.
